Hurst ratchet shifter (Good for racing, Bad idea for 4-wheeling)
Dana 20 transfer case with a JP Rockeater 4.86/1 gearset
Dynatrac Dana 44 front end with disc brakes and an ARB air locker (4.10 gears)

Currie 9" 35 spline full floating rearend with a detroit locker and 1 ton hubs (4.11 gears)
